Jalapeño-Bacon Popper Dip

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1.Heat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • 2.In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, ⅓ cup bacon and next 7 ingredients.
  • 3.Spread evenly into a lightly greased 9x9-inch baking dish. Top with remaining 1/3 cup bacon.
  • 4.Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
