Creamy Bacon Chicken Ranch Wonton Cups

  • 340g (12oz) package of wonton wrappers (will use 20-28 wrappers for this recipe)
  • 225g (8oz) cream cheese
  • 285g (10oz) chicken breasts, diced
  • 100g (3.5oz) HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • 1.Dice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2.Heat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • 3.Spray muffin tins with cooking spray, then place wonton wrappers in muffin tins.
  • 4.Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until wontons are light brown in color. Remove from oven and cool.
  • 5.In bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, diced chicken, HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble and ranch dressing.
  • 6.Fill wonton cups with filling. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is hot.
  • 7.Sprinkle with chopped green onions for garnish and serve.
