Cheese & Jalapeño Bacon Crispers

- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 to 3 jalapeños, thinly sliced, remove seeds if desired
- 100g (3.5oz) HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
- 1.Heat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- 2.Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 3.In small bowl, combine both cheeses. Place 3 tablespoons of cheese mixture on baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Carefully spread cheese to make 3-inch circles.
- 4.Top with 2 to 3 slices of jalapeño. Sprinkle with HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand on baking sheets 5 minutes until cool before carefully moving to wire rack.
- 5.Repeat with remaining cheese mixture, jalapeño slices and HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble.
