Candied Pecan, Bacon and Apple Butter Cheeseball

- 227g (8oz) soft cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons apple butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 100g (3.5oz) HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
- 1/2 cup glazed pecans, coarsely chopped
- Crackers
- Apple slices
- 1.In bowl, beat together cream cheese, shredded cheese, apple butter and cayenne until combined.
- 2.Stir in HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble, then shape mixture into ball.
- 3.Refrigerate until firm.
- 4.Roll cheeseball in pecans just before serving. Serve with crackers and apple slices.
