Barbecue Chicken Pizza

- 285g (10 ounces) cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
- 1 prebaked 25 cm (10”) pizza crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 2 cups HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1.Heat oven to 230°C (450°F).
- 2.In medium bowl, toss chicken with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce. Spread remaining 1/2 cup sauce over crust. Top with cheese, chicken mixture and onion slices. Sprinkle evenly with HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble.
- 3.Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- 4.Sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
