Bacon-Beer Cheese Bread
SERVINGS: 8
- 3 cups buttermilk baking mix
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1.Heat oven to 190°C 375°F.
- 2.Grease 22.5cm x 12.5cm (9” x5”) loaf pan.
- 3.In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- 4.Spoon mixture into loaf pan.
- 5.Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
