Bacon and Shrimp Stuffed Avocado

- 1/4 cup bottled Ranch dressing
- 100g (3.5oz) HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 4 ounces peeled and cooked medium shrimp, coarsely chopped
- 1 large, ripe avocado, halved and seed removed
- Garnish: HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble, dill sprigs, thinly sliced green onion and lime wedge
- 1.In a medium bowl, combine dressing, HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble, dill, green onions, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- 2.Stir in shrimp.
- 3.Scoop avocado from shell using a teaspoon; add to bowl. Reserve avocado skins.
- 4.Fold avocado into shrimp mixture. Spoon mixture into avocado skins.
- 5.Garnish with extra HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble.
